requested below

• Property Owner's Name

• Address

• Lot #

• Copy of your mortgage survey

• Draw location of proposed fence on survey

• Type of fence with dimensions

Include in email SUBJECT: HOA Fence Installation

Your submission will then be forwarded to the HOA Board for approval. Once approved the HOA Board will provide you your Approval letter.
